May 23, Fineko/abc.az. Seven out of the 20 insurance companies operating in Azerbaijan did not receive financial profit last year.

ABC.AZ reports that among them are Atəşgah Sığorta, Atasığorta, Günay Sığorta, Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance, Azsığorta, Azərsığorta and Xalq Sığorta.

The remaining 13 insurers received financial profits in various amounts. This figure exceeds AZN 5 million in five of them. Among them are insurance companies PASHA Hayat Sığorta (AZN 51.552 million), PASHA Sığorta (AZN 38.332 million), Gala Sığorta (AZN 13.364 million), Ateşgah Hayat Sığorta (AZN 10.593 million) and Gala Hayat Sığorta (AZN 9.848 million).

Of the eight remaining insurance companies, three ones have financial profit from AZN 1 million to AZN 5 million manats, and five companies have financial profit of less than AZN 1 million.
