May 26, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank held discussions on the protection of investors' rights, the restoration of violated rights in accordance with the requirements of legislation, and expansion of their appeal opportunities.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Central Bank that a meeting with the Association of Stock Market Participants of Azerbaijan (AFBIA) was held at the CBA in order to expand cooperation and carry out joint activities.

At the meeting, along with the requirements of the legislation, the importance of CBA document "Methodological guidelines for consideration of consumer complaints in financial institutions", the need for mediation as an alternative method of dispute resolution were emphasized, the possibilities of research, resolution of incoming appeals, and improvement of mediation experience were considered.
