May 30, Fineko/abc.az. Following Jan-Apr 2023, out of 20 insurance companies in Azerbaijan, the premiums of 16 insurers increased and the premiums of four ones decreased against Jan-Apr 2022, ABC.AZ informs with reference to the CBA statistical report.

According to the report, for the past 4 months the largest increase in premiums was recorded on Azərsığorta - AZN 9.29 million of premiums (2.8-fold more against Jan-Apr 2022). The smallest increase on premiums was recorded on Atəşgah Sığorta. This company’s premiums totaled AZN 9.7 million (2.8% more than a year ago).

The worst situation on decreased premiums was observed on Ipək Yolu Sığorta (decline of 79.9% to AZN 1.215 million) and the best situation on Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance (decline of 2.9% to AZN 5.98 million).
