ABC.AZ reports that MP Fazil Mustafa stated about this during the discussion of the draft law "On implementation of State Budget 2022" at today's meeting of Milli Majlis.

The MP said that creation of jobs through the state line does not solve the problem: "We have seen that all companies in which state funds were invested are being closed, from irrigation to agriculture. It is necessary to develop entrepreneurship, the private sector. Local self-government does not have a share in the budget."
