In Azerbaijan, 60% of cars are over 20 years old

ABC.AZ reports that Elvin Huseynzade, department head at the Main State Traffic Police Department, at a joint meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Natural Resources, Energy & Ecology and the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship.

He said that 60 percent of them have operational life of more than 20 years:

"We believe that the new bill will have positive impact on the regulation of this process."
