June 1, Fineko/abc.az. A protocol has been drawn up in relation to Amrahbank (is in the process of liquidation) on an administrative offense contrary to the rules of the road (not providing information about the user of the vehicle).

ABC.AZ reports that the protocol was put forward under Article 347 of the Administrative Code.

In accord with Article 347 of the Code of Administrative Offences, failure to provide information about a person driving a vehicle owned or used by a legal entity or in the use of a state structure during the commission of an administrative offense within 5 days from the date of receipt of a request from an authorized body (official) about this entails the imposition of a fine on officials in the amount of 150 manats, for legal entities in the amount of 300 manats.
