Minister: Consistent steps are taken to increase the salary fund

June 2, Fineko/abc.az. The main line of head of state's policy is welfare of the population.

ABC.AZ reports that Minister of Labor & Social Protection Sahil Babayev stated about this at a meeting of the Milli Majlis Committees on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship and on Labor & Social Policy.

The minister noted that there is a common roadmap: "In accordance with it, social reform packages are consistently applied. Last year we tried to overcome inflation by increasing social benefits by 20-22%, wages by an average of 15%. Measures are being taken, consistent steps are being taken to increase the salary fund."
