CBA to be able to create legal entities

June 5, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to give ) the authority to create legal entities, along with the opening of territorial offices, to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the draft law on amendments to the Law on the Central Bank.

According to the document, in connection with the implementation of its goals and functions, the CBA will have the right to create and (or) participate in the activities of legal entities in order to ensure the functioning of the infrastructure of financial markets, as well as professional development of employees working in financial markets.
