Azersu has improved water supply for another 2,000 people in Khizi district

June 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s water operator Azersu has completed a project on improvement of water supply in Yeni Yashma village of Khizi district.

Azersu reports that the project is intended to improve water supply for more than 2,000 residents of the village.

"Within the project a trunk line with length of 5.3 km has been laid from water pipeline Shollar-Baku and 360 water consumers were installed water meteres," Azersu informed.

In 2018, within the state program Azersu plans to create new water infrastructure in 11 villages of the Khizi, Oguz, Ujar and Masalli districts.

In general, this year Azersu is implementing projects on improvement of water supply in 41 residential areas of 18 districts with total population of 61,000 people.
