Money transfers to Azerbaijan decreased

September 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's banks received AZN 1.69 bn through rapid money transfer systems for Jan-Aug 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that the amount of finances sent abroad from Azerbaijani banks totaled AZN 415.8 million.

Compared with Jan-Aug 2022, money transfers to Azerbaijan decreased 2.2-fold or by AZN 2.66 bn, and transfers abroad by 64.2% or by AZN 267.1 million.
