July 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s insurer Azsiğorta has made large insurance payments on compulsory real estate insurance.

A fire caused by a short circuit occurred in one of the Lankaran-located recreation centers, while a heavy rain caused flooding in another center. One more insurance event was registered in the office building located in Baku. There was a short circuit on the power lines.

Azsiğorta paid a compensation of AZN 100,240, AZN 129,904 and AZN 95,006 respectively on the above-mentioned insurance events.

Last year Azsiğorta also carried out large insurance payments. In 2017, the company paid over AZN 9.1 million of compensations.

Azsiğorta is one of the most stable insurers in the country. International rating agency Fitch has confirmed Cmpany's reputation and assigned rating of "B" with "Stable" forecast to it.
