July 24, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has sold today the state medium-term bonds through the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE reports that the bond issue with ISIN code AZ0106012690 for AZN 15 million and circulation period of 1,092 days was placed.

The seven investors submitted 12 orders with total amount of AZN 18.195 million. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 93.8048 per bond (claim for annual yield: 11.5000%) up to AZN 100.0000 (9.0000%).

Under Finance Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price was set at the level of AZN 95.4897 (yield: 10.8000%) and the weighted average price at AZN 97.6330 (9.9316%).

As a result, the bonds were placed for AZN 15 million.

The maturity date of the bonds is 20 July 2021.
