Auction on placement of medium-term bonds declared invalid

August 28, Fineko/abc.az. An auction on the placement of government medium-term bonds has been conducted today.

The Baku Stock Exchange reports that the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan placed today the bonds with ISIN number AZ0106014696 for AZN 15 million and with 1,092-day term.

The six investors submitted eight orders for AZN 4.2 million. The investors offered the price range from AZN 87.0792 (yield: 14.4600%) to AZN 92.6240 (12.0000%).

Under Ministry’s decision, the auction was declared invalid due to low profitability.
