A strong quake occurred in Azerbaijan

August 28, Fineko/abc.az. An earthquake has occurred at 16:57 on local time on the territory of Lerik district.

The Republican Seismological Center of the National Academy of Sciences informs that the magnitude of the quake exceeded 5 points.

"In the nearby populated localities the quake was felt with capacity of 4-3 points," the Center said.
