August 31, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has announced the next deposit auction.
The CBA informs that the auction will be held on Monday (3 September) on the Bloomberg trading platform.
"Through the auction it is planned to raise AZN 350 million at the interest rate of 8.01%-9.99%. The funds will be raised for 14 days," the Bank said.
Deposit auctions have been organized since 13 June 2016.
Yesterday, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree according to which the import of automobiles into the territory of Azerbaijan, whose operation exceeds 10 years will be restricted.

Owners of motor vehicles registered in foreign countries, or persons driving these vehicles passing through the territory of Azerbaijan, will be considered road tax payers and vehicles belonging to these persons as the object of road tax.
