SOCAR Tower building cost $414 million for Azerbaijan’s Oil Company

November 6, Fineko/abc.az Turkey’s Tekfen, construction company and contractor on the project of the new building of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has unveiled the cost of the SOCAR Tower building.

Tekfen reports that construction of the building, which is located on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, was finished on 15 September.

"The cost of the building project is $414 237 659. So far, the project ahs been fulfilled by 99.2%, and the remaining work is estimated at the level of $3 286 310,” Tekfen informed.
