Citizens of Saudi Arabia detained for illegal hunting in Azerbaijan

September 13, Fineko/abc.az. Officials of the Regional Department of Ecology & Natural Resources detained three persons, who hunted without relevant permission on the territory of village Uzunbabali of Neftchala district.

The Ministry of Ecology & Natural Resources informs that three hunting rifles and 50 cartridges were seized from the detainees.

"In the course of the proceedings it became clear that subjects of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abdulrahman Fahad A Almehemid, Nasser Saleh X Alnuuayser, Fahad, Sulaiman I Alhumaid tried to hunt," the Ministry said.

Each of the perpetrators was fined in the amount of AZN 2,000 in administrative procedure.
