Bacteriological contamination found in dairy products sold under trademark Ketchi

September 13, Fineko/abc.az. Within the framework of inspection by the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency the specialists of the latter have taken the samples of cheese and cheese products, produced by BMS LLC and sold in points of sale under trademark Ketchi. The samples were sent for research to the lab of the Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute. As a result of inspection, bacteriological contamination was found in those products.
In this regard, the Food Safety Agency has sent a warning to BMS Aqro LLC and demanded to remove cheese and cheese products from the shelves, sold under trademark Ketchi, and stop their production.
