Date of reception of citizens by culture minister in Gusari city postponed

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Culture Minister Abulfas Garayev will receive residents of the Khachmaz, Guba, Gusar, Siyazan and Shabran districts at 11 am on 25 September 2018 at the Heydar Aliyev Center in Gusari (Qusar city, Heydar Aliyev Park).
