September 18, Fineko/abc.az. An auction on placement of registered non-documentary interest-bearing mortgage bonds of the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for AZN 20 million will be held at the Baku Stock Exchange on 20 September. The bonds will be offered for sale at the price of AZN 1,001.9167.
On 2 August, the Financial Market Supervision Chamber registered the issue prospectus of registered non-documentary interest-bearing mortgage bonds of the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund of Azerbaijan. The total issue volume is AZN 60 million, the nominal value of one bond is AZN 1,000, and the interest rate on bonds is 3%. The first issue of these bonds amounted to AZN 28 million and was placed on 28 August 2018.
According to the forecast of the basic issue prospectus, the placement will be carried out through the BSE by the method of mass offer. Services of depositories and managers will be provided by the National Depository Center.
