60% of the users can not update the news feed and 31% have problems with logging into the service.

Downdetector service confirms the information and reports that interruptions began to be recorded in the morning and soon they became global. Mainly problems with the use of the program arise in the European region and the western part of the United States.

Most of the outage reports come from the UK and the Netherlands. Also, problems with access to Instagram are observed in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland, Italy, Sweden and other countries.

Besides, the mobile application and the site of Instagram do not operate in Australia, as well as in Eastern Asia: Japan, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
