October 8, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev called Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Presidential Administration’s press service reports that the Azerbaijani head of state congratulated the Russian leader on his birthday and wished him good health and new success for the welfare of the people of Russia.

Russian President President Vladimir Putin expressed his gratitude to President Aliyev for his attention and congratulations.

The heads of state noted the successful development of friendly relationships between the two countries in all spheres based on strategic partnership and expressed confidence in the further expansion and strengthening of cooperation.
