November 6, Fineko/abc.az. Over the first 9 months of the year the Baku population spent by 2.6% more on paid services against the indicator for Jan-Sept 2017.

The Baku Statistics Department informs that the population spent AZN 3.815 bn on the paid services.

"For the reporting period the legal entities served the population for AZN 2.402 bn that makes up 63% of all services rendered," the Dept said in a statement.

Cost of the private sector services increased by 4.3% up to AZN 3.04 bn versus the same term of 2017.

"On average, every Baku citizen spent 172 manats on paid services for the reporting period or by 6.2 manats more than a year ago," the Dept says.
