E-agriculture system to appear in Azerbaijan in mid-2019

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan is finishing work on the creation of an electronic agriculture system.

Amir Amirli, deputy head of the MoA State Service of Agricultural Projects & Loans, stated that electronization of agriculture is one of the priority issues.

"Study of land from satellite, the definition of the area of irrigation land, study of land and the collection of information in a single database is the main goal. The system has already been prepared, and I think it will be put into operation in the middle of next year," Amirov said.
