November 27, Fineko/abc.az. Vice-President of CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines Eldar Hajiyev took part as an honorary guest in CEO Lunch Baku organized by the Caspian European Club at Hyatt Regency Baku on 27 November 2018. Director of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport Teymur Hasanov, AZAL Passenger Airline's Director Jamil Manizade, Assistant to President of Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC for Foreign Affairs Pasha Kesamanski, Head of the Permanent Representation of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic in Baku Bakhtiyar Asgarov, Honored Artist, Associate Professor of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art Fakhriya Khalafova and President of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center Tahir Amiraslanov were also honorary guests of CEO Lunch Baku.

President of the Azerbaijan National Culinary Center Tahir Amiraslanov and  Executive Director of Barattson Elshan Rahimov made a presentation at the beginning of the event. Then, the floor was given to Vice-President of CJSC Azerbaijan Airlines Eldar Hajiyev. Presentations were made by the Director of the Heydar Aliyev International Airport Teymur Hasanov, AZAL Passenger Airline's Director Jamil Manizade. Honored Artist Fakhriya Khalafova also addressed the event.

The event was held as a result of the numerous requests of the member companies of the Caspian European Club, interested in enhancing cooperation with AZAL CJSC. Initiatives and proposals of the heads of member companies of the Club in regard to expansion of cooperation between the private sector and Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC were discussed in an informal setting at CEO Lunch Baku. The participants of CEO Lunch Baku also had an opportunity to receive answers to questions of interest to them.

In the course of the business forum Eldar Hajiyev, Teymur Hasanov, Jamil Manizade, Fakhriya Khalafova and Tahir Amiraslanov were given honorary membership certificates of the Caspian European Club. Certificates were also given to new and member companies of the Caspian European Club:  North West Construction, Narimanfilm, KPMG, Grant Thornton Azerbaijan, SALAM Tourism &Travel, Benzeine.

The Caspian European Club, which brings together more than 5,000 member companies and organizations from 70 countries around the world, was established in June 2002 with the support of the largest oil and gas companies working in the Caspian-Black Sea region and with the active involvement of the Caspian Energy International Media Group.

The Caspian American Club (established on 24 December 2016) and Caspian Asian Club (26 January 2018) will be managed by the Members of the Board of the Caspian European Club for 2 years. All companies, that join the Caspian European Club as members, get an automatic membership within the Caspian American Club, Caspian Asian Club and vice-versa.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev is the founder of the Caspian European Club.
