Russia-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation to hold a regular meeting in Moscow


December 12, Fineko/ The 17th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Russia and Azerbaijan will be held on 14 December 2018.

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation informs that the meeting will be chaired by Economic Development Minister Maxim Oreshkin of Russia and Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev of Azerbaijan.

"The meeting participants will cover the current state and prospects of trade and economic relationships between the two countries, including in such important sectors as agriculture, industry, transport, energy, construction and tourism. The key topics of the meeting will be diversification of both states’ economies, improvement of conditions of interaction between the business communities, as well as ways of implementing the decisions taken by the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan during their Sochi meeting on 1 September 2018," the Ministry reported.

Signing of a range of documents is planned within the framework of the meeting.
