Tourism center Shahdag announces start winter season

November 17, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan's first summer & winter tourism center Shahdag is preparing to launch the next winter season.

The Center reports that the opening of the winter season will take place on 16 December.

Tourism center Shahdag, which has been operating since 2012, is located 25 km from the town of Gusar. During the winter season the Centre offers 13 ski slopes for skiers of all levels. The right level of snow on the slopes throughout the season is kept due to special modern equipment. Among other types of winter sports & entertainment are snowmobiling and sledding, tubing, wire-rope way and a winter pPark for children.
