Azerbaijan Social Protection Fund’s income brought up to AZN 3.7 bn

January 15, Fineko/abc.az. The income of the State Social Protection Fund of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of Azerbaijan increased by 8.3% or AZN 279.3 million up to AZN 3.678 bn in 2018.

The Ministry reports that social contributions increased by AZN 246.5 million or 11.8% up to AZN 2.332 bn last year.

"There is a positive achievement on social contributions from the private sector, which increased by 11.4% or AZN 152 million in 2018. The number of citizens registered in the system of individual accounting for the reporting period increased by 170,000 people up to 3,736,551 employees," the MLSP informed.
