Tatarstan-Azerbaijan direct flight to be launched in 2019

February 1, Fineko/abc.az. International airport Begishevo (Tatarstan) plans to organize flights to Azerbaijan in 2019.

The airport reports that 2018 was a record year for Begishevo on the number of passengers – 777,263 people with annual growth of 32%.

"In 2019, the airport intends to focus on flights that are already in the schedule, increase the frequency of flights to Antalya, return a regular flight to Istanbul to the schedule and open two new flights - to Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan," the airport informed.

At the same time, the Begishevo airport does not specify which airline will operate flights to Azerbaijan and the dates of the start of flights.
