Azerbaijani driver`s license to receive international recognition

February 1, Fineko/abc.az. Milli Majlis has made a decision today to eliminate the factor that hinders the international recognition of the Azerbaijani driver's license.

According to the amendments made to the relevant legislation, information in the driver's license will be duplicated in English.

The current driver's license contains Azerbaijani letters "ə", "ã", "ö", "ü", which are lacking in the Latin alphabet that prevents recognition of driver's license abroad.

The MPs voted for these amendments.
