Elshan Salakhov appointed head of executive power of Khazar district of Baku

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of the head of the executive power of Khazar district of Baku.

Under the decree, Elshan Salakhov, who previously held the position of first deputy head of the district’s executive power, has been appointed the executive power’s head in Khazar district.

Salakhov worked previously in the State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan, and then worked for a long time in the banking sector of the country.
