Nobel Avenue in Baku closes for almost a month

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan water operator Azersu warns that Nobel Avenue in Baku is to be closed for 20-25 days due to repair works.

Azersu reports that the road will be closed in the direction of movement towards the center and relevant work will begin in the coming days.

Collapse of the roadway occurred on Nobel Avenue on 23 December 2018. The road collapse was caused by accumulation of groundwater in technological mine #11 of collector Sahil, on which repair work will be conducted.
