Lukoil president: Fate of OPEC+ deal to be known after situation with sanctions against Iran defined

February 14, Fineko/abc.az. The further fate of the OPEC+ deal will become clear in April after clarification of the situation with sanctions against Iran.

The statement was made by Lukoil’s president Vagit Alekperov on the sidelines of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi.

"Everything will depend on how the situation around Iran develops in April. How much will be tightening of sanctions," he said.

Alekperov stressed that Lukoil considers that the damping excise to be a working mechanism in the petroleum products market, and the Company does not incur significant losses.
