February 26, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order to increase the amount of monthly allowance for internally displaced persons and persons equated to them.

Under the order, the amount of single monthly allowance for this category of citizens from 1 April this year is to increase by 50%.

The Cabinet Ministers has been instructed to prepare and submit the proposals to the Azerbaijani President for bringing the presidential acts in line with this order, ensure bringing of Cabinet’s standard & legal acts into line with this order, monitor the harmonization of standard & legal acts of central executive bodies with this order, and resolve other issues arising from this order.

The Ministry of Justice has been tasked to ensure bringing standard & legal acts of central executive bodies into line with this order and inform the Cabinet Ministers.
