Donald Trump and Kim Jong-Un fail to agree


February 28, Fineko/abc.az. North Korea wanted the lifting of sanctions, and the U.S. refused to do it. The relevant statement was made by US President Donald Trump.

According to the US President, Kim Jong-Un promised not to conduct nuclear and missile tests.

Trump also stated that the decision not to enter into specific agreements with the DPRK at the end of the summit was not his sole. He added that the agreement was ready for signing, but the parties decided to refuse from it.

Trump also noted that the U.S. and North Korea held a very productive summit. The US leader added that the summit ended on a friendly note, despite disagreements.

The White House’s head considers it important to cooperate with Russia, China, South Korea and Japan on the DPRK matter.
