March 14, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has held today a meeting with Milo Djukanovic, the president of Montenegro.

During the meeting the Azerbaijan leader stressed that there are very close political and economic ties between Azerbaijan and Montenegro, and joint projects are being successfully implemented. He noted that Montenegro's participation in the meeting of the Southern Gas Corridor Advisory Council is also commendable, and the implementation of this project will bring our countries closer to each other. 
At the same time, it was noted that the coordination of the transport system of Azerbaijan with European countries and particularly the beginning of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line creates great opportunities for cooperation between our countries in the field of transport.

The sides also covered the issues of strengthening the legal framework between the two countries and development of other spheres.
