152 apartments sold on subsidized terms in Baku

March 28, Fineko/abc.az. The State Housing Agency (MIDA) has completed the 2nd phase of the sale of social housing in the Yasamal complex.

MIDA reports that 152 out of 174 apartments located in buildings 1-7 were sold.

"37 out of the sold apartments are one-bedroom, 83 two-bedroom, 32 three-bedroom apartments. The owners bought 34 apartments at their own expense and 118 ones at the expense of subsidized mortgages," MIDA informed.
