April 12, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree "On ensuring activity of the Center for Social Research". 

According to the general provisions of the Charter of the Center for Ssocial Research, the Center for is a public legal entity that carries out systematic analysis of the dynamics of social relations, identifies existing trends and predicts changes in this area, examines the possible impact of these changes on the society, explores the public opinion and conducts social surveys, using modern information technology and scientific approaches, presents the results of the conducted scientific and analytical analysis to public authorities.
