Baku Metro upgrades out-of-date wagons

April 15, Fineko/abc.az. The Baku Metro Company is renewing the wagon fleet.

Wagon Capital Repairs Office’s head Kamran Ismayilov has stated that the lifetime of metro trains is 31 years.

"Life time of six trains of the Baku Metro has already expired. They will be removed from the line and be replaced with six new ones to be bought from Russia’s Metrovagonmash," Ismayilov emphasized.
