April 22, Fineko/abc.az. Ateshgah Insurance Group presented the financial report for 2018. The total amount of insurance premiums collected last year by Group’s member insurance companies Ateshgah and Ateshgah Heyat amounted to AZN 95 million.

Ateshgah’s premiums for the past year increased by 3% (compared with 2017) up to AZN 35.9 million, while compensation payments totaled AZN 20 million that is by 15% more versus the 2017 same period figure.
The largest insurance compensations in 2018 were paid by Ateshgah on such types of insurance as compulsory medical insurance and compulsory insurance of motor vehicle owner’s civil liability. 

Ateshgah’s compensation payments on health insurance increased by 52% up to AZN 4.8 million, while on compulsory insurance of vehicle owner’s civil liability by 18% up to AZN 12.8 million.
Ateshgah Heyat’s premiums grew by 53% (versus 2017) up to AZN 59 million.
