April 22, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of the year the Ministry of Taxes transferred AZN 1.67 bn to the State Budget of Azerbaijan.

According to the Ministry, the State Budget revenue forecast was met by 110.4% that is by AZN 236.4 million (16.5%) more versus the 2017 same term.

"30.9% of budget revenues accounted for oil sector and 69.1% for the non-oil sector of the country. Revenues from the non-oil sector increased by 18.3%," the Ministry said.

The share of the private sector in tax revenues grew by 18.6% up to 76.5% (against Q1 of 2017). Private non-oil sector tax payments increased by 20.6% up to 76.7% or 53% of all tax revenues.

"Tax revenues from country’s districts increased by 24.3% up to AZN 168.4 million for the year. The share of revenues from the districts amounted to 10.1% of all revenues," the Ministry informed.
