Mortgage loans given for AZN 52.7 million in Azerbaijan in Q1

May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Agent banks of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund gave mortgage loans for AZN 52.7 million over Jan-Mar 2019.

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan informs that mortgage loans were given AZN 16.2 million in March.

"During the reporting period it was refinanced mortgage loans in the amount of AZN 70.9 million," the CBA reported.

The CBA reports that the Fund did not receive funds from the State Budget for financing the social mortgage, but raised AZN 20 million from the placement of bonds.
