Prices for oil decline

May 8, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani oil Azeri Light has fallen in price by $1.18 (1.57%) to $73.79 a barrel.

Following the 7 May trading at the New York Merchant Exchange (NYMEX), the contract for June’s futures WTI decreased in price by $0.85 (1.37%) to $61.40 a barrel.

Cost of WTI oil futures for June grew in price by $0.49 (0.8%) up to $61.89 a barrel by 09:20 am.

Following Tuesday’s trading at the London ICE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) the ICE Futures contracts of July’s futures of Brent oil dropped in price by $1.36 (2.91%) to $69.88 a barrel.

July’s futures for Brent increased by $0:40 (0.57%) up to $70.28 a barrel by 09:20 am on Wednesday.
