May 13, Fineko/abc.az. The new projects have been launched in the settlements of Surakhan district in compliance with the Action Plan of Azerbaijan’s national water supplying operator Azersu.

A decision was made to create and reconstruct the drinking water supply system in the Bulbul, Amirjan, Garachukhur, Zikh, and Yeni Surakhani settlements, and in the D house block of settlement Yeni Gunashli.

Water meters will be installed in the newly-created water supply networks.

In general, more than 33 km of water supply lines will be laid and water meters will be installed in Surakhan district as part of the ongoing projects.

More than 30 000 residents will be able to take advantage of the implemented projects.
