An auction on bonds of Met-Ak LLC to be held

May 13, Fineko/abc.az. Today, by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), 3,000 undocumented, registered, interest-bearing, unsecured bonds of Met-Ak LLC with par value of AZN 1,000 each were included in the standard market segment.

The bond placement will be conducted through the auction on 17 May.

The volume of bonds put up for the auction is AZN 3 million, the par value is AZN 1,000, the auction price is AZN 1,000, the turnover period is 365 days, the interest rate is 10%, interest payments will be made every calendar month. The underwriter is UniCapital IŞ.
