About 250,000 jobs legalized in Azerbaijan


May 15, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has announced the effectiveness of economic reforms for the employment market.

Deputy Prime Minister Ali Akhmedov said during the public-private dialogue on the theme of sustainable development goals that significant work has been carried out over the past two years for the growth of the private sector.

"As a result of the reforms conducted, about 250,000 jobs have been legalized in the country that also led to an increase in revenues to the State Social Protection Fund for up to AZN 200 million," Akhmedov said.
