Baku trade turnover has grown

May 30, Fineko/abc.az. The volume of trade turnover of the capital for the first 4 months of this year increased by 3.3% compared with the same month of the previous year and amounted to AZN 6.357 bn, the Baku Statistics Department informed.

The sale of foods, beverages and tobacco products in the trade network increased by 3.2% up to AZN 2.812 bn and non-food products by 3.5% up to AZN 3.545 bn.

27.2% of consumer goods were sold at enterprises with the status of a legal entity, 48.3% at commercial facilities owned by individual entrepreneurs, and 24.5% in the markets of the capital.
