Banks’ net profit for past month amounted to AZN 348 million

May 30, Fineko/abc.az. The balance capital of the banks operating in Azerbaijan increased by 2.5% up to AZN 4.419 bn (AZN 106.1 million) in April, the Financial Market Supervision Authority (FIMSA) informs.

According to FIMSA, in April banks' operating profit totaled AZN 288.4 million and net profit AZN 347.9 million.

Compared with the same term of 2018, interest income grew by 14.8% and interest income on loans by 18.2%.
