June 11, Fineko/abc.az. Analytical agency Turstat has published the rating of countries of outbound tourism from Russia in Q1 of 2019.

Turstat reports that for the first 3 months of 2019 the tourist trips of Russian citizens to Azerbaijan decreased by 12% to 130,000 in comparison with the 2018 same term.

"Top 20 of popular countries among Russian tourists in Q1 of 2019 on the number of outbound tourist trips includes Abkhazia – 803,000 trips, Finland 731,000, Kazakhstan 528,000, Thailand 494,000, China 484,000, Estonia 389,000, Ukraine 380,000, Turkey 341,000, United Arab Emirates 316,000, Germany 307,000, Italy 269,000, Poland 247,000, Georgia 208,000, Vietnam 189,000, Spain 146,000, Azerbaijan 130,000, Lithuania 121,000, Czech Republic 105,000, France 102,000, and Armenia 94,000," the agency said.
