June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 4 months the tax revenues increased more than by 9% compared with the same period of 2018. The statement was made by Adviser to Tax Minister Khagani Abdullayev.

He noted that the tax forecast was fulfilled by 111.7%. One of the positive trends is that revenues from the non-oil sector exceeded 18%, and 116% of the forecast was met.

Abdullayev stressed that the growth rate of tax revenues doubled the growth rate of GDP in the non-oil sector, adding that the share of the non-oil sector in tax revenues increased from 62% up to 67% versus the same term of 2018.

"One of the positive trends is an increase in tax revenues by 22% from the private non-oil sector," he added.
